vito brata's another one... john norum warren dimartini always seems to get overshadowed by lynch I think that vito would have gotten more props if he would have recorded more. Warren started a family and may have lost interest in the "rockstar thing." I think he let Bobby and Stephen call too many of the shots. Don't know for sure.

Mentioned the name "George Lynch" to a non-guitar player/musician. They will think he plays basketball.

It didn't sound like the Beatles. They didn't sing about social injustice. They weren't sad. They didn't have the right angst that the rock media loves. Those guys had smiles on their faces and were like hey; “We can play our instruments.” “We are here to rock you and then party after the show.” The media got caught up in the image not the music. They never got it was about having fun. Therefore, these players will never get their due. But, I’m not bitter. D

I'm with vom on this one,, I agree Lynch, Vito and Warren got plenty of press and praise.. and magazine covers etc..
somebody said Vivian Cambell!!?? That guy was WAY overrated.. what a sloppy mess.
Underrated:
Greg Howe Danny Gatton Brett Garsed Scott Henderson Guthrie Govan is a sick individual and should be on the cover of every magazine every month,, LOL.

LMAO... beat me to it, man gotta make a note of this historic event....lol My point....The Rock media, in general, sucks. Point of order...It is about who is truly underrated, not who is the most overrated, underrated guitarist. Thank you all for your input. I am going to google some sound clips on some of the underrateds tonight. Keep 'em coming. D
