Just placed my order!! Hot Breeze bridge and Hot S middle and neck. The price for the entire set was ridiculously good...the whole set was cheaper than one humbucker from some of the other companies.

Will do! I was thinking I might attempt to install them myself? Anybody have experience doing this? I have a soldering iron but my skills with it are limited at best!!

That's a sweet looking set, congrats man Installing them is not that hard, just follow the codes for hot and ground wires included in the box and solder them where your old pickup wires are connected. Hot goes to the switch and ground on the face of the volume pot. You should apply some flux before solder on the wires to make things easier and use tweezers because things gets hot real quick lol. Just hold the wire for a few seconds when you done soldering to ensure good connection and you are done.

Thanks man! I'm very excited to get them installed! I have a book that explains some guitar repair/maintenance procedures also, so I'll refer to that as well. Wish me good luck!!!

Yeah i have done many pickup installs....but still leave too much solder and a bit messy but it works!😆 Make sure you have plyers to hold wire while you solder because when your a rookie you take a little longer and the wire gets hot! I have noticed that Dimarzio's and Seymour's have different color wires. Just find diagram before you start and should be piece of cake. Try not to breath in fumes.....

Ha! I have the soldering iron and also a stand with a magnifying glass and alligator clips to hold wire with. It looks like the pickups come with the diagram, only it's in Russian!!

Lol good luck. You should find diagram references through google. Gor example, evh wolfgangs color codes are same as dimarzio, suhr are the same color as seymour etc

Color codes for Fokin are: For humbucker - standard series wiring-bare and black to ground green and white tie together and isolate red to switch(hot) For single coils - white to switch(hot) black to ground There is schematic on their site and it's on english www.fokinpickups.com/support/poleznaja-informacija/
