BLOWN AWAY by the playability and TONE of this stunning beauty. I snagged it on eBAY and got it in 3 days delivered from Japan..........not bad. It does truly sound like Gary Moore-ish to me but actually has Lynch bite to it. I havent put it down literally since I got it. EDWARDS really makes quality axes.

LOL....I actually love the inlays, but to each his own I paid around $1100.00 shipped. Pretty nice price. Its not as heavy but has all the huge tone of a Paul.

But what about the thickness of the body?Is it as thick as a LP? I had an ESP Eclipse and got rid of it because I could not get use to the thin body.I have heard that ESP/EDWARDS make FT(FULL THICKNESS) bodies, but only in Japan and that why I was wondering about your guitar.Anyway, just curious. For some reason or another,I cant gell with a thin guitar, regardless of weight. Thanks for posting that beauty.

:)Damn Rik....I was gonna drop the cash for the JS model, but decided instead to grab the matching Splawn cab to my head. I'm jealous as hell. That looks like one amazingly beautiful axe. If it plays like it looks, it's gonna be sonic meltdown!

"Smokin" yes...its sonic Meltdown, Im REALLY pleased with the Duncans that came stock with it, they are tonal bliss. My MOR-Drive pedal with THIS axe is endless sustain, thick/brown , smooth notes

Killer looking axe Rik. I've been impressed with most the Edwards guitars I've seen (pic's only unfortunately). I'd love to play one, but then I'd probably wind up buying one with money I shouldn't be spending on another guitar. LOL ;D

you don't need to drop 4 grand on an LP to get the LP experience, that's for sure

I really really REALLY want an Edwards John Sykes LP. I've been drooling over them for a long time, especially because of their price point. I think they're only like $700 new. They're just a pain in the ass to order from Japan accoring to my limited research. I really want an LP style fixed bridge but no way would I buy a Gibson. The Edwards guitars are perfect for what I'm after.
