The guys great. And fatter than me so I like him.. LMAO...yes, he's large..even larger than yngwie these days..heheh....you a symph x fan? I've seen them...great great band...and they're a great live band.. aftera while, the whole neo classical evilness of every song gets to me, but when I'm in that kinda mood, nothin' beats them! you might wanna check them out if you haven't already!

Hello Splawn people. Another newb here. I've been lurking at this forum for about a week or so....tryin to get caught up on the most recent threads. Well I finally decided to come out from the shadows and show myself. First of all, thanks shreder for turning me on to all these cool videos that i've never seen before. Secondly, i've been wonderin if any of you cats were hip to Symphony X. Well that question has been answered (to some extent anyways). (I figured craig would appreciate that Romeo was a little on the heavy side.....for a shredder) BTW- I type very slow, please don't expect any lightening responses.

Shreder, are you familiar with Sym X's "the Odyssey"? yes, yes I am..and twilight in olympus and a few others So far I've only heard the odyssey, but I love that opening riff on Inferno...it's sooo freakin cool. As far as how I got turned on to Splawns....it's kind of a long story. But the short version is that I accidentally stumbled onto Scott's site.....and then realized that I had stumbled onto "something wonderful". ;D
