Hey guys just wondered what kind of guitars you are ising with the quickrod...any information on pickups/wood/neck/bridge would be helpful...just wondering what you guys play... I play two wolfgangs..one with Dimarzios in it and the other with the stock pickups but the tone knob is disengaged and I also have a PRS Singlecut with Duncans...

My main axe is my Wine red/gold hardware Les Paul studio. The pup's are stock but anyone who's played it has agreed that they sound really amazing. Is got the mojo! I customized it slightly with gold grover tuners, amber top hat knobs and a custom truss rod cover with its name "Xcalibur" engraved on it:)
My other guitar is an Inca silver/silver hardware American Standard Strat. It has Wagner Custom Rewind (amazing pup's) SR set and the rest is stock. Its my blues/funk/surf rock guitar. Its also the one in my avatar. It's a great guitar but the build quality is sub-par and there are certainly better Strats out there.
oh..and I am jonesing for a Tom Anderson guitar.I played the Cobra and fell in love with it!

right now, I have an early 90's Fender Custom Shop 54' strat with Texas Special PU's....and a really cool and all beat to H*LL Gibson Les Paul Deluxe cherry sunburst (probably 69') with a stock PU in the neck and a Duncan Antiquity in the bridge....for acoustic I have a Taylor 714CE steel string and a Takamine 132CD Classical and a few 'beaters' with nylon strings that I abuse for practice and exercizes...

I look at the guitar as if I'm a painter and the guitar is my brush...I 'create' the color and texture...why would I want a brush with skulls and swords and other tools of gratification? (hehehe)...it puts the emphasis on the 'BRUSH' (or guitar in this illustration...) and not on the colors and textures created...make any sense?
