so how's it going so far? and note I'm totally ignoring TJ...=) LOL...well...I din't make the weekend quit date...BUT...today is the day...I'm going for it. What sucks is that I have a 2.5 hour drive to a job site both ways and then to band practice. ^%#$%#& No one better get in my way on the road today,lol. well it was a holiday weekend..we'll let you slide..lol |

One day at a time DD  You will look back later and wonder why you didn't quit sooner. Cigs is right up there with crack and smack as the hardest drugs to quit. But you can do it! |

ahh nothing like a lit smoke stuck in the headstock and a few free drinks from friends pileing up on the side of the stage. .. those were the good ole days, but you have to "want to quit" the cigs or it wont ever work, nothing like coming home smelling like an ash tray for the kidos. never noticed it till way aftere i quit. i was a great smoker but terrible drinker.some can smoke theyare 80, i quit when i was 40 and should of quit when i was 30, but there has to be some will before you find your way...

Very true. Even on the medication, it won’t work unless you really want to stop. I have been fed up with it for years so I am holding my ground no matter how much I bitch and moan. SHUT UP! Hey, I might develop schizophrenia with these arguments with myself but a least I won’t be a smoker anymore, haha! |

its really ironic when you think about it smoking was cool and those that didnt were wussys but now those people can run around the block twice and us smokers would rather drive!
