I've been sharing this tech. with my friends for many years and it has been very effective from everything to weight loss, to becoming a non smoker, to becomming more comfortable on stage, etc. The only limitation is your own imagination. I may try this for being more comfortable on stage. I still get very nervous when I play out. Especially if I know there are alot of musicians there. It usually turns out that there was no reason to be nervous but I seem to do it every time. Happy Birthday Shredder!

In my original note, I mentioned that you'd have to do this for about 30 days. So the effects are cumulative...

if it doesn't work will you pay for my gas so I can drive down there and pummel you?? You make a good point. You need to remove the words 'if', 'try', and 'hope' from your vocabulary. In the words of master Yoda, there is no try, there is do or not do. When you approach a goal with the idea of trying, you've already embraced the possibilty of failure. You must remove that option... And sure, come on down. I can always use another guinea pig. ;D

I'm not trying to belittle what you do or anything..far from it...let's just call me a skeptic some people just aren't, how shall we say, receptive to suggestion?

It is merely a suggestion, some are open to the suggestion others aren't. I wish you well in your endeavors.

How did I miss this? Happy B-day dude. Shred I smoked for 14 yrs 2 1/2 packs a day,I've been smoke free now for 4 or 5 yrs! Used the patch. (Tip) I would buy a 7 day supply of patches and cut them in half with scissors and place the unused half in a ziplock. I also place a pack of cigs with lighter in front of me and my wife continued to smoke as I suffered from withdrawls 1 year later she too quit using the same method. Good luck
