Where to start? What a weekend! Scott and crew are first class. Much thanks to them for having us. You couldn't ask for nicer people. It was great to meet some new people. Mike the BC rocks!! Make sure you start posting m'brutha. And nothing but love for the "brisket taco" crew.  You guys are THE best. Windsen nailed the review so I won't even go into that....It was great to finally meet you man. We need to collab on some metal! \m/ (><) \m/ Chrismac's after party was off the chain! What a set-up! What a P.A.! What a great guy! Thanks for letting us act complete idiots....LOUDLY!! Great times!! |

Supercharged, your axe was even sweeter in person. Little too high action for me but it was definately metal. I always thought your NY logo was a sticker. I was proven wrong.
You ROCKED the SuperComp! I got a few seconds of video of it. Camera couldn't handle the brutality.
We'll shoot for breakfast next year...

Guys-I had a great time as well. The ride back was chilly but worth it. An aside to Vom: I was packing my stuff for a show that afternoon,dropped a screw driver on the carpet and it bounced directly into my Suhr Classic on the stand. Nasty ding. Rats!!!

thanks guys, i had a great time Saturday and Saturday night! you guys were some of the most respectable musicians i have ever been around. i went out to the music room Sunday morning to clean up and DUDE there wasn't anything to do..i have to clean up more after band practice. just a great group of guys. ya ll are all welcome at my house anytime. oh yeah, thanks to Scott for letting this all take place!

I couldn't make it to the after party. My plane left @ 6:45 in the morning meaning i had to be up at 5. My flights sucked. Flew in late friday and early sunday. Just got home. Thanks a LOT for bro who brought the BC Rich! I finally found a guitar i could rip on. That wet/dry/wet setup sounded absolutely killer. I went to GC on the way home and bought a direct box just for that. Picking up a power amp tomorrow. Clips on the way, hehe. All the guys at Splawn were absolutely awesome. Top notch work and great people to boot. Shredder, well what can you say, ill let the video speak for itself. TJ is in a class all by himself. Awesome musicianship without the "rockstar" mentality. Sorry, i didn't get any vids of TJ, how about you Tusker? Windsen, too bad your flights got screwed up. We could have spent more time together. Keep them clips comin! I am pretty certain I got the ole' TJ ripping it up....I am just reviewing his playing so I can figure out what the Non-Pythagorean Bhairavi-Hanumantodi Khammaj-Harikamboji scale is and how I can get it into the song Running with the Devil..... Love ya TJ...you fn rock. |

for those that missed the con here it is in a nutshell:

dude, in all honesty, you really impressed me over at chrismac's just jamming over those chord inversions...really good sir!
all you guys were better than last year...TJ/shred/screamingsaint/supercharged350/etc all set the bar VERY high...

Great time this year guys! Everyone was really tearing it up on the guitar! I did the best I could in my condition. Now I know I am able to play again I have some work to do to get it back!
Windsen, thanks for the good words. You were super cool as well! I was bummed you and Jeremy couldn't make it to Chris' pad on Sat but at least we all got to finally meet! Great review also, of the set up at Scott's.
Once again, everyone was really cool and we all had a lot of fun. A special thanks to Scott and crew once agin for a great event!
