hey, donaldDemon, jimbax brings greetings from his exile!, I have to be very careful here, there are forum 'goons' out after me...I like your guitar dude! Keep rockin'! gotta go..I hear footsteps.... Hey unclejimbax, tell jimbax to speak softly and carry a big schtick! In the words of Craigs favorite band Radiohead, and in relation to my new guitar: "There's always a Siren singing you to shipwreck (don't reach out, don't reach out) steer away from these rocks we'd be a walking disaster. (don't reach out, don't reach out) just because you feel it doesn't mean it's there. (there's someone on your shoulder) just because you feel it doesn't mean it's there. (there's someone on your shoulder) there there"

Hey I posted my horrible Red House clip from when I was 20 yrs old full of mistakes! Who cares, we're obviously all talented here and human as well! I thought the RedHouse clip was awesome. I could never sing that good in a million years and the guitar playing was really good too, 20 years old, thats really something. aww schucks..thanks man. We are our own worst critics and that is definitely true in my case. I am never satisfied! I feel your pain Vom:)

hmm..let's see..at 20 I was playing for five years...and being very bad at it I had been playing for 5 years at 20 as well. I got really good for a while, especially in such a short time, and then I don't know what happened?! I guess life happened and I went back to college and didn't continue growing. I feel like I am worse now than I was 3 or 4 years ago

I play much better now than I did back then..but creatively, I blow....lol...anythign I ever wrote that was new or fresh happened in the first three or four years.. do you practice at all? I know I sure don't =)

I practice Classical everyday which explains why the rest of my playing hasn't grown at all.. LMAO. I think my phrasing and vibrato has gotten better but really thats it. My chops peaked out years ago I think.
At 20 I had been playing just under 3 years.

Either I am jamming along with CD's or I am trying to write new songs, but never actually practicing or learning anything new! I have no self-discipline and I just can't bring myself to study anything when I pick up my guitar. I actually thought about taking lessons last week! I have never taken a single lesson and I am somewhat against them in my own stubborn way. I have better finger speed and agility then before but I have nothing interesting to apply it to. I think I play the same sh1t over and over.

I'm going to write a new song and dedicate it to Jim. It's called "I don't know what makes you so stupid? but it really works"
