they've put out 4 albums i believe. 2 with the original singer. the latest 2 with the current frontman, howard jones.

I'll be curious to see if and how long they use the Nitro. Over the course of 3-4 albums and tours, I know they've went through spells using a Mesa Dual Rectifier, a 5150 and Framus Cobra, then started using a Hughes and Kettner Triamp live, then swapped over to Mesa Roadsters and were using some Mesa Stiletto's a while, etc. Should be interesting.

sov 88's in both.... i dunno how long they'll keep, they seem to both dig the nitro i got for joel! Oh well, time will tell.

Yea what a killer band! Their album "Alive or just breathing" did so much for the modern metal sound & I think it is one of the biggest reasons metal is back at all today. "Self Revolution" & "Just Barely breathing" are two of the most awesome modern metal tunes to date I think. Real excited to hear that guys like KSE are giving the Splawn a go. I mean Splawn has SO many 80's metal riffers out there, everyone knows it can do all the old Dokken stuff to an almost exact, but to actually have some good credibility in modern heavy music, that is one thing Splawn didn't have a lot of yet. Really glad to hear that you sold them on the Nitro Josh.
