People making crude jokes or political/religious remarks. I think this is not the place for the latter two but other than that I think some people are taking this a bit too far. I am not seeing personal attacks and malicious name-calling like on other forums. It's still pretty civil overall. We're adults here, right? |

I am with Don and Vom. I used to, without exageration, be cracking up so hard at some of the things we said back and forth to each other, my wife would come over and ask me what I was laughing at. Now I feel like we have to walk on eggshells. F*ck that. I think you are a bunch of good guys, but all this drama I can do without. I also really think it's a stretch for anyone to say that because some of us call each other names in JEST, that it somehow reflects poorly on the awesome amps Scott and the boys make. I don't get that and I really hope nobody bothered him at work and called him trying to kiss his @ss by telling him about all the "horror" that takes place here. I don't have the technical know-how to make a new forum or I would make one where like-minded individuals could go to break eachother's stones without worrying about offending anyone. Seven-mary-three is signing off.  Have fun at the Splawn-a-thon but fair warning, I doubt it's going to be G-rated. Anybody who wants to stay in touch regarding music, gear, bikes, ball-breaking, or anything else I dig, PM me and I will send you my email address. Later. |

Yeah I agree with Vom and Don and motorcop,, as usual.. you guys need to lighten the fook up. Its just a message board. For every homo, cussing, bullsh1t thread there are 5 others where some newb is asking legitimate Splawn questions and they end up getting TONS of very helpful and knowledgeable replies from everyone here, even me. Thats what its all about right? You gotta have the balance.. if you tip this thing all censored and amp only it will be fookin snoozefest in here inside of 24 hours.

I dont have any problem with anything anyones says. I enjoy all of it. I think everyone should just keep talking just like they always have. Dont hold back. Dont walk on eggshells. Just leave the filter on. Like Vom said, that seems to be when it started.
