Curt Mitchell is awesome. I remember seeing his video years ago and was blown away at the thoughtfulness of not only how much he loves VH, but the way he plays that style (and other styles) so well. Whats the web addy? Looks like its down for a while.. I get a message stating he is doing something different, His personal website is www.curt-mitchell.com/home.html

Yea Curt Mitchell had some neat licks. had about 15 little demonstration videos, cant believe he took them down last night, or this AM. talk about timing.

Oh, and then there is another little link at the bottom of the page redirecting me to 'Soldano Amplification' weird...

UH-oooo I hope someone didnt hack, or hijack a DNS server somewhere!! That woudln't be good. The link to soldano has me wondering about that, and the DNS just hasnt replicated to the servers I use. hmm Keep a close eye on it. as I will too.

Funny you mention the Bogner Shiva. I had a red Tolex model, just sold. The cleans are very very good. The Overdrive channel is sweet. Defined,Very full sounding but doesnt quite get into the harmonics etc of the Splawns. The Shiva reminds me of a JTM45 with the tones, great rythms. nails Claptons stuff from the early days for me. Leads where good with a drive pedal in front. I thought the solo Boost was weak on pumpin it up, No Solo Boost volume adjustment. overall the leads left me wanting more. The splawn did just what I wanted. I havent missed or played the bogner shiva since I got the splawn.

I have played and owned an unbelievable amount of different amps...I always come back to the 'Marshall' amps...this is the first time that I actually bought a 'Modded' Marshall that wasn't in a Marshall case..I am impressed and totally happy with it!
