I ordered my amp the second week of November and it is supposed to be built this week.I also ordered a matching cab and they should both come together.This wait is killing me! Was that the speculated build date from when you ordered or more recent info you got saying it would be built? Just curious because I ordered about a month before you and don't have a build date as of yet. |

New to board. I ordered my Nitro around the first or second week of December. The build date was supposed to be in late Dec. I was told recently to expect it to ship latethis week (hopefully). It's going to look like this QR.  Is that you Matt? Haha, welcome to the boards man! |

Hey Silverwulf,when I ordered mine,I was told to expect 10 weeks.They speculated that it would be here on the 24th of January.I know I received several calls from the dealer stating that Splawn was having trouble finding the right wood and that was delaying things slightly.Anyway,I was told last week that it should be on time and that they are waiting for speakers to arrive on the 22nd to load in my cab and then it will be shipped.I had to pay extra to get the cosmetics I wanted,but I hope it will be worth it.

Both the cab and head will be a russian birch that is teak oiled with black basket weave on the cabinet and the same for the head.The Head is the 800 style.I like the plexi look,but I wanted something a little different than what most people on here have.I think it will have a classic/modern look to the whole set up.By the way Windsen,I started the process of moving back to Tejas.Cant wait to get back to a place with some real musicians!! LOL.......DAMN YANKEES!

I ordered mine on oct 7th from rebel amps . It was told last week that it was going to be built on 1/10 . I assume it was cause the FOOKIN PIECE OF SH1T FEDEX GUY LEFT A NOTE IN MY YARD SAYING THAT HE TRIED TO DELIVER IT . THE A$$ DIDN'T EVEN COME TO THE DOOR . MY MOTHER IN LAW FOUND THE NOTICE IN THE FRONT YARD . THERE WERE 3 PEOPLE HOME . ONE OF THEM WOULD HAVE HEARD THE DOOR BELL OR EVEN A KNOCK .
THE SOB S JUST TOO LAZY TO LIFT IT AND CARRY IT UP THE STEPS.FEDEX SAYS SORRY SIR BUT HE WILL TRY AGAIN TOMORROW . My reply was try what to avoid delivering it again .
I've been waiting over 14 weeks and now the frigging delivery guy is to lazy to bring it to my door .
Man I just want to kill something .
I had no idea it was done and on the way . I though I would get an email and a tracking # but I didn't . Oh btw fedex won"t give me the tracking # either . They would tell me it was from Splawn (gee thanks alot )
I was kinda hoping it woulld show up in the newborn section but it didn't .

Fed ex sucks from my experience!! One time I was expecting a delivering and they called to get directions to my house!!! I cant believe that a delivery company needed to directions to my house.It wasnt like I lived "out in the sticks" either,I lived in one of the biggest sub-divisions in Houston.Un frickin beleivable!!

I was actually off one day from work when a head unit was supposed to arrive. I was eating lunch and heard someone at the front door. I went out to check because I was expecting the package and found a note from UPS on my door saying they tried to deliver and the UPS guy was walking back to his truck. I stopped him and he said "Oh, I didn't think you were here." Really? Well, why would considering you didn't even knock, rung the doorbell, or attempt to see if anyone was home. He just walked up, stuck the note on the door, and was going to leave.I just think he didn't want to carry the package up all the stairs. Anywho, that's at least 3-4 people I've seen now that have ordered after me and will be receiving their amps before me, one of which ordered a month later. Anyone else order after the start of Oct and already get their amp or expecting it? |

dude splatter, sorry to hear that. that's a real bummer that the fedex guy was too lazy to do his job. i've had that happen to me. a couple of things you can do. you could probably go pick up the amp at the fedex sort facility. the info should be on the delivery notice. as for the tracking number, call up scott. scott told me that things have been "very crazy" over there so it's likely that an email notification was just forgotten to be sent out and that's why you didn't know. scott should probably be able to provide you that info.

silverwulf, who did you order from? contact your dealer and get things straightened out man. i'm sure that with all the craziness going on lately things got mixed up a bit. it's a bummer that it had happened but it's not something that can't be fixed.

I actually ordered direct. I had one lined up through a dealer but was told I'd receive it about the same time direct back then, which would have been in November. If I recall right, the dealers amps have shipped (that would have been my slot), and I keep hearing about more and more that are shipping that were ordered up to a month after me. I did ask a few times for an ETA, but I just get told "it's coming soon" and "one of the next several." So, I was just curious if everyone had been waiting for almost 16 weeks with no ETA's, or if it was just me. I guess it's just me... ;D |

I was told by the dealer that he was going to put me up in the line because mine was custom and that his other orders were just heads that he ordered to keep in his store.I dont know.I just know I have been waiting for a while.Not as long as you silverwulf.That blows!Do you have anything to play through right now?I sld my Dual Rec and cab to get the Nitro and all I have had was my recording software on my computer.

silverwulf, i have a QR coming directly from scott. i've been waiting for about 12 weeks now and i've been told mine is "coming soon" as well. those orders made after you could've still been from dealers who had pre-purchased build slots. with the huge influx of orders coming in recently, those who ordered direct are getting pushed back a bit. plus, i know scott has had to fill several orders for some big name artists so that's another thing that has caused some delay. we just got to hang in there.
