Talked to Splawn yesterday. They said my Nitro would be shipped next week! I've waited so long now, I almost don't understand what I'm getting anymore. I ordered at the end of August! I'm in need of the SPLAWN!

They started builing mine yesterday from what I was told if my 411 was correct. [WHEW!] I am relieved........  I am getting the first one done in the traditional Plexi style headbox, all blacked out, with the silver chassis, blackcover on the front face plate, all blacked out screens, chicken head knobs, with all black piping, even with the traditional plexi piping on the top and bottom of the box. I am getting mine with the KT-77'S. I am basically sticking to the proto type color scheme and set up. Only in a full plexi style box. ;D SHE IS GONNA BE A REAL MARSHALL KILLER. Kinda like the hot-rodded unmarked patrol cars the highway patrol always have. I am so set. And now I wait patiently.  |

I THREW DEREK FROM ROCK SOLID AMPS $2,000 AND HE TOLD ME MINES BEIN BUILT THIS WEEK. NEW HEADBOX WITH RED LETTERING, JJ KT-88 UPGRADE. NOW I JUST GOTTA COME UP WITH A COUPLE HUNDRED BEANS AND IM IN THERE. DONT KNOW HOW MUCH LONGER I CAN WAIT, IVE GOT SHOWS NEXT WEEKEND AND THATS HOW I MAKE MY BREAD. I PRAY( AND I DO PRAY) THAT IT WILL BE DONE SOON! ANYBODY GOT AN AMP COMING FROM HIM? SO STOKED! WILL POST MANY CLIPS.

 I wonder how many they can build in a week? I was always told it takes one week to build one amp by hand by them. I had to turn in specs for mine tuesday morning for a build that was to start that day??? So yours is either before mine or after mine? CONGRATS.... YOU MADE A GREAT CHOICE. I bought mine from Josh at Rebel amps. He's the best IMHO. But I hear great things about the dealer you bought yours from. TAG YOUR IT.

hey hollywood when did you order yours ? WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY BACK, WHEN THE GUYS AT SPLAWN FIRST TOLD ME ABOUT IT WHEN IT WAS JUST A CONCEPT. But I have it set up where it will be a christmas present from my wife so they will build some and get them out and get one done and out to my wife supposedly by next week. As long as I get one of the first few I'm good. I was so happy with my first Splawn amp I got last December, Josh at Splawn told me about this amp during one of our phone conversations, back then. I just knew if they built another amp IT WOULD BE KILLER,I JUST KNEW IT WOULD. So I told them I'M IN, put me down for one. :-  |

Hey guys that's sure enough funny. I guess the world being round it's just my turn for the ole shot in the nuts HUH? Hey, not to change the subject to avoid what is surely an on going side swipe on my behalf but if you want to read about my life today, go to WWW.WRAL.COM AND READ ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED LAST NITE TO MY BUDDY, John Neyland. The head line you should click on is about MAN DIES IN WRECK AFTER WIFE GIVES BIRTH. So everytime I turn around this kinda stuff happens to our so called group of buds. MAN IT'S REALLY HARD RIGHT NOW. I surely have the smileys on hold.  Under the circumstances I did use one crying face. I hope you guys give me a pass for that one. |
