This is I think an '07 Quickrod head and an '09 cabinet loaded with Small Blocks. In like-new condition - I used mainly for recording - gigged only a couple of times. I am the original owner. Not really wanting to deal with shipping unless you have an easy solution. Original Mullard EL34 tubes. $1900 for both out the door. Come visit in Reno, Nevada! 
For what it's worth, I did the fire/marketing image that you may have seen on the Splawn site - the original image was done with this same amp in a different headbox.
