Hey Khawk, are you using anything in your fx loop? Especially multi fx and/or modulation based stuff?

The loop should be all good, I just recall some floor based multi fx systems from the 90's doing this....sort of like a slap back but without the first note being sounded, even when they were in bypass mode. Also the resonance control - it works backwards from other amps. It's more like a bold/spongy control....the more gain you use the less of it you need if that makes any sense. I mostly run it on zero, unless I'm trying to get a classic rock type sound. Have you A/B your nitro with another amp using the same fx?
