Hi Splawn fans!
Kevin Calhoun here, owner of Jelyfinger Guitars with an exciting new look for Splawn Amplifiers!
Scott & I are pushing the boundaries a bit and are introducing a killer new Gator Skin tolex to the already diverse custom possibilities offered by the gang @ Splawn.
I should have a couple of these amps in a week or so & will post pictures here for your drooling pleasure.

Yea would look cool I think. But maybe it won't look too close to the Mesa style gator skin. I think the fancy panels are really cool with plain tolex, BUT... I'm sure that tolex will go over well with certain panels. Is it that shinny gator tolex that's slick? That would be cool. Good luck and can't wait to see! Any BTW... Great deals on your gear man... I've seen some Splawns and Bogners you have and they are the most exquisite looking I've seen of the two companies.

This is a brand new tolex just developed for amp covering. It is heavier guage than the stuff I've seen used to cover guitar cases also slightly different texture. Talked with Scott Splawn yesterday & he said "they look amazing"! Can't wait to see 'em! Cheers, Kevin |

Here is the other Streetrod Scott just finished for us. Same as the first one except for the gold control panel.
