Just got a 2010 Splawn Nitro today and I am loving it!! My only question is that I was running a ISP Decimator through the loop and when I put it on the +4 it still had a small hum, but after putting it at -10 the hum was gone. I know some say that you should always runn effects pedals at +4, but will running at Line Level hurt the amp or pedal???

Hey bro, I got a 2008 Nitro and I have it set to -10 on my pedals and it sounds heaps better to me, I am also not sure how I should be running it but it sounds better this way.

Won't hurt anything. Run it whatever way sounds best with your gear.

+4db is usually for rack gear and -10 for pedals as a rule of thumb. I use the ISP Decimator dual channel rack unit and it, and all rack based F/X running in the loop, are running at +4 with zero noise and great sound. The other channel of the unit is running in the pedal chain and this channel is running at -10. I think the single channel pedal decimator is designed to run at -10 just like most pedals, but the dual channel pedal unit is supposed to be able to function like the rack unit.
