To quote the Splawn website, the 4 button switch will work with any Streetrod that has a serial # "after 460".

I just ordered a brand new SR from Scott 2 weeks ago with a 4 button pedal option, Scott tells me its an option and I think I paid an extra $40 bucks or so to get it. (I'd have to look at invoice to confirm that amount, it wasn't much).
