I have been a natural bodybuilder for 25 years and wondering who else on the forum is really into health and fitness or bodybuilding!?

I used to could. When I was 20 I started lifting pretty seriously with a couple buddies. I went from 180# down to 155# which is the leanest I've ever been in my life. After lifting for a year I was back up to 205# and pretty ripped but bone spurs and kids slowed me way down. Now I just try to eat good and take my dog running a couple times a week.

I try to lift 3 times a week . Schedule doesn't always alow for it . I also go to Tae Kwon Do about 4 times a week ,helps me keep in shape.

Right on. My daughter and I werein Tae Kwon Do for a couple years together. That kicked my ass.

I still lift weights 4-5 times a week and do the 300 workout on an off day. I also ride my road race bicycle 30 miles on Sunday evening. I'm 41 and can still bench 315lbs for two reps no spotter, 8% body fat, 6'1" 190lbs, and don't see stopping anytime soon. I'm a HUGE advocate of exercise and staying in shape. Especially being a police officer/sheriff deputy I need to be in shape to deal with those who choose a life of crime and want to resist arrest. I also train in BJJ/MMA when I get the chance.

I applaud you! I feel the same as you, a big advocate of exercise as well! I have so much respect for you as an offic er as well, it is not easy. Our drummer is a state trooper and I see the stress you guys go through..... I am 6'2" and a half and weigh 225 lbs right now. My goal is to get up to 250 lbs before I start getting cut up. I want to get bodyfat down pretty low. Three years ago I was under 10% bodyfat and only weighed 185 lbs but my strength went south!
