I haven't, always wondered... I know a guy who does and he is extremely happy with them! I've heard that if you want a very similar pickup for less $$$, look at the Seymour Duncan Custom 5. Supposed to be very similar....
The other guitarist in my band has a Custom 5 in his PRS singlecut and it sounds pretty darn good... Hope this helps!

The custom 5 is very cool. I believe the custom custom is a slightly hotter version perhaps that nails the bkp even closer. Who am I kidding get a Duncan distortion and use the money you saved for new wah or delay lol

We have them on a LP std, and they are amazing!!, think of Steve Stevens, modern sounding and vintage hot, we use the series/parallel option too! They have some sound clips on the BareKnucle in the players section by different people including Steve Stevens and also the official sound clips, feel free to ask about them on the forum under the pickups section...!

I had a Custom Custom in a Gibson Lp Traditional, it was a match made in heaven!! But then I traded that guitar for my Quickrod, trade was well worth it!! Now my Nitro just sits collecting dust.

I have them in my Warmoth Korina LP and they are great. Very tight and can sound good with high gain, but they retain definition if the bass on your amp is tamed.

Here's a clip I just did with my new 2012 QR, I love, I mean LOVE the tone of this amp. The Rebell Yell Pups are insane. they KILLED the Aldrich Suhrs! The Aldrich sounded like toilet paper over the pups compared to the huge open articulate bite of these organic RY BK monsters. youtu.be/8gaDauHvC4ELet me know if its ok, audio wise. The guitar Im playing is my brother in laws....Jim's loaded with BK Rebell's/ sweet Ibanez. Enjoy!

BK pup's are easily the best sounding pickups I've played. I've been using them exclusively for almost three years now. They are clear, responsive, and aggressive if you want them to be. Note...these pickups are made to match with your guitar, not the other way around. Don't buy one by it's "name". Go on their site and research. They match to playing style, wood, etc. They simply rock!

I have them in a PRS singlecut, and through my streetrod, they sound a little bright, not sure if I like them or not. I do, however, LOVE the Mules I have in my 59 replica, also VHII's are sounding great in my LP Custom.

Well with some help from the prs forum I got just what I needed and I don't think I could have done better. Now I'm rocking some serious EVH tones! Great company and great pickups!

And here I am with my cheap-ass EMGs! A guy I know swears by his Nailbombs, they have a nice attack through his jcm800.
