Well,
After owning my quick rod now for about 2 weeks I am considering selling it. Why? Well I was using a Fender Prosonic amp which also has a very good sound. After A/Being them back and forth I really can't hear that big of a difference in overall sound and quality of sound. The fact is the QR is worth a lot more and I am pretty economical when it comes to gear. So I am trying to justfy why I should keep it?? I personally think high end guitars and amps do not justify the cost over cheaper stuff thats out there. I have picked up $400 mexican strats that play and sound as good as the American strats for over twice the amount. The truth is when it comes to amps even if the best possible components are used that dosen't mean the tone will be better. I just paid $1400 + shipping for it on ebay a few weeks ago. I would like to get close to what I paid. If anyone is interested let me know....
