Anyone else take the top/back cover off their SR and leave it off? Seems it would limit the air circulating around the tubes and be unnecessarily hot...unless it serves a purpose I'm not getting?

So I talked to the guys at Splawn and I was told that due to the design that cooling is more efficient with both back plates on. So back on it goes!
