Hey guys Nate here.. been a while but I am just checking in to see how everyone is doing! I have had some very serious health issues over the last year
Mono Heart Weight
Happy to report I am down from 355lbs to 225lbs since July 15th 2010 Happy to report I got a clean bill of health from my heart cath. (runs in the family so I was proactive rather than reactive) Got mono last year from shaking hands with a father on one of my son's football teammates!~ go figure right?
But here I am a year later as healthy as I can be a still rocking the QR!
I can thank the man upstairs and my friends and family. It's good to be alive and it's good to be here. I hope my Splawn family is doing well!
Nate

Yes it feels great guys. I have been working from my house for three years. not walking and commuting takes a toll on you for sure. I went from walking and working out at lunch everyday to 10 -13 hour days walking from my bedroom to my office and thats it. you would be shocked at how quick you can put on weight when you make that king of lifestyle change before at 355 After at 225

Way to go Nate! 100 pounds is an amazing accomplishment. Those pounds sneak up on us all for sure. I'm about 10 heavy right now and it may not look like much, but I can sure feel it. I gotta follow your example and take better care of myself. By the way, I'm in Beaumont so we can't be more than 100 miles apart.
