I've seen some of the quickrod footswitches where the cable is attached, but upon watching the shop footswitch video on the splawn page I see a connector on the back.... which is gonna be in the box when my amp gets here:) Rewiring the board with a new interface. wondering what connections I need. Thanks

I just got a QR with the new 4 button footswitch. The amp connection is on the back of the amp.

camsdad...man thanks so much, exactly what I wanted to see....can't get much better than that dude TY! Looks like a 5 pin XLR connection, hard to tell but looks a lil' different...more like a 5 pin midi...may have to call em' up to confirm.
Awesome pics of the new 4 button footswitch! I will end up getting one later down the road for sure, but still want the incoming 3 button one for the board I'm working on.
bslsplawn: I meant the footswitch, not the amp, thanks though:)

Just thought I would add that I contacted the guys at Splawn and they confirmed that it was a 5-pin DIN connector. Thanks again.

I think for the 4 button footswitch it would have been better to have a switch to control the effects loop. On any amp, that is a great feature and more necessary than the others. If I have reverb and chorus on my clean tone and then I go right into a distorted rhythm...it is easier to hit one swith than, then two or even three if I have another effect on. For bare essentials, all i need to get by is channel switch and solo boost. I can always walk over to the amp to change modes.
