Where do you guys set your channel volumes (od and clean) and where do you set your loop master volume, if you have one? I've heard advice to keep the channel around 9:00 and crank the loop master and I've heard to keep the channel quite high and just use the loop master to taste.
I'm curious what other nitro (and qr) owners are doing.

Quick Rod: Gain channel master about 9:30 and loop volume between 2 o'clock and wide open depending on the circumstances. I've found this to be the best setup for me. I've tried running the channel master higher and choking it off more with the loop volume but I think the amp sounds best with the master in that sweet spot range of between 9 - 10 o'clock. I think the amp was just designed to operate there. The added disadvantage of running the master higher is the effect it has on the solo boost. As the gain channel master is increased (past about 10 o'clock) the available volume increase afforded by the solo boost begins to diminish. The higher the channel master, the less volume increase in solo mode. There's just nowhere for the amp to go. If you really want to drive the power section you're probably better off using an attenuator.
