Clean channel

I have this issue with the clean channel being way quieter than the OD channel but when I use an OD pedal to add just a little dirt to the clean channel it gets super loud.

I just cannot balance the clean, clean with a dirt pedal, and dirty channels at all.

I'm curious if this is unique to me (maybe the problem is elsewhere in my rig) or if others have noticed this too.

ive only noticed it with the loop volume down when it it up to about half way its real easy to balance it

Thanks for the pointer. I usually have to keep the loop volume down because sound guys are afraid of amplifiers.

have you tried half power on it? and doing that also if you are using low volume the clean channel has to be turned up louder than you would think to equal the od volume
