my nitros volume is fading in and out and i believe its a tube problem but would like to know if it could be anything else

volume fluctuation is usually 95%+ of the time power tube failure.
How old are the tubes?

I would rebias amp. Where did you get your tubes and how closely were they matched? Or is this a new amp?

they were all within 5-8 ma difference and i think it may just be one tube that has a problem i used the half power pair matching to find out which pair is messed up so if need be i can run at 60 watts with the 2 good tubes for a while but i should probably order more soon huh

Dude mine was doing the same thing. Here's all it took to fix MY problem. Push your F/X loop button it and out and see if that's the problem. It was on mine. Scott said sometimes "Dust" gets in there and if you push the buttons in and out several times it'll work it's way out and "Voila!" mine has worked fine ever since. Hope that helps ya!
