I recently ordered the standard 2x12 from the splawn online store. Either I am just not seeing the impedance rating or it is not listed.
What is the standard impedance if the user does not specify?
Thanks

Honestly, I'm not sure what the 'standard' is but I am guessing they are 2 - 16 ohm speakers wired in parallel for an 8 ohm load total.
Another common set up is 2 - 8 ohm speakers wired in series for 16 total, but I believe parallel is preferred due to some added redundancy.
I would email Josh at Splawn. He can tell you for sure. josh@splawnguitars.com
Congrats on your new cab. I got mine in December.

Plug in a speaker cable and measure the impedance with a volt meter. If its 16 ohms it will measure slightly less, around 13 to 15 ohms. If its an 8 ohm cab, it will measure around 6 to 8 ohms.

Far as I know, Splawn branded speakers are only available in 16 Ohm, so they'd have to be in parallel in a 2x12 (making 8 Ohm total).
