Nitro Clean Channel

I have been experimenting with the clean channel on the Nitro more lately. I play in a progressive metal band and 95% of the time I am on the od channel. Even though I do not use the clean channel very often I would still like to improve on the sound of it.

I can't say that I love the cleans on the Nitro. It seems to be workable for me though. Im just curious to hear others opinions and settings. I find I have to run the treble on mine either off or close to it with any guitar. I own splawn and mesa cabs and get similar results through either cab.

I love the gain side of things on the Nitro but maybe Im missing something with the clean channel ?

yea its real bright on mine as well i run it almost all the way off as well

Yeah it just has to be set differently than you would think I guess......If I dial with my ears not the eyes Im gettin some good clean tones now.

yea thats sorta the theme with this amp ears not eyes
