ha ha happy birthday man . Mine was the 18th and I know exactly what the combined present thing is : ) I have decided to do the same to everyone who does that to me this year. When their birthday arrives I will ask them if they want their present now or if they would like to wait till christmas, because I am combining them. I think they will get the point : )
