Soooo, I had an "issue" with my main guitar. I tried swapping out its bridge for a new Graph Tech bridge. Unfortunately it didn't quite fit. Long story short, I didn't think my guitar would be ready for my gig last night so I prepared my 1991 EBMM EVH for the night. I rarely play out with it. I freaking love it so much that I am always nervous something will happen to it. The only think I don't really love about it is the Floyd bridge....I generally like fixed bridges.
Man, am I glad I played that guitar. It is so awesome sounding. It worked GREAT with my Streetrod combo! The guitar is so comfortable that it allowed me to just really have a good time. So now I decided that I am going to use it for the next two gigs that I have this month!

Yep... there's almost always a silver lining. Sometimes it jumps right out atcha, sometimes you gotta look real hard for it... but it's almost always there. It's fun to rediscovered a forgotten gem!

Yeah man! Isn't it funny how some of your friends get left laying around, and then you re-discover them, only to be blown away by the fact that they play and sound great? ;D
