hmmm..doesn't look like one of Scott's...it would usually say 'modification by Splawn' on it

Is it even a Marshall? Well, other than the logo. I'm assuming you don't have it yet. I curious about how it sounds. Maybe it'll be worth the $182+shipping.

What a strange looking beast. I would have thought it was some other amp with a Marshall logo, but I'm no expert. Did Scott not also sign the chassis tops? I note that "authorized" is spelt with a Z which I'd expect to be spelt with an S on English equipment. But maybe the modder labeled it.
What is with that effects loop?! An RCA plug!

Exactly what i was thinking, it doesn't look like any Marshall i've ever seen.

I like the accessory outlet. No, really. And $200ish for a tube amp head(that works) aint to bad. Maybe it will sound cool. Or a cool platform to mod and experiment. But I hope you didn't buy it thinking it was a Splawn mod just cause it had the Jesus fish.

I did not even realize it could be a splawn until after I won the auction. I kind of figured $182 plus cheap shipping (close location) couldn't net me too bad of a tube amp. I just honestly don't know what it is and I had my doubts that it was a Marshall....I guess I'm a little bit of a gambler.

If it were local I might have bought it too for that price. Record something with it so we can hear it.

Bob Rissi (i.e. Risson Amplification) just emailed me. He said the amplifier is a Risson (Lita Ford's model). He seems really nice and told me to call him on his personal phone number if I had any more questions about his amplifier or problems with it.

Wow, so you got a custom made boutique amp for $200? Awesome! I knew it wasn't a Marshall, or a Splawn for that matter. Hope it sounds good!
