Hey! I have a Yamaha 512sc powered mixer that my band uses. I also have a BBE 362 sonic maximizer. It seems that the mixer doesn't have a way to insert the BBE in the mix. There isn't a loop or anything that I can utilize to use the BBE. Because it is a powered mixer, I cant figure out how to use the BBE in the mix before the mains.....any ideas?? www.yamahaproaudio.com/downloads/data_sheets/mixers/EMX512SC_312SC_212S_datasheet.pdf

the mixer doesn't have inserts on the channels? do you have external power amps too? or does the mixer power your mains completely?

It has channel inserts i believe. Yeah, there isn't a separate power amp...that would make it easier. Hmmmmmmm....I want to use the BBE to enhance the overall mains sound.

hmmmm....if im not mistaken the BBE only has 1/4 jacks for in and out? if so, that IS a tough one. im guessing the voltage from the board would mess the BBE up.

Looks like that board has no Aux send/returns nor inserts. Methinks you are out of luck. At least now you have an excuse to spring for a Midas desk!
