I've been spending alot of time on the promod and I like it alot, definately a cool amp. I don't know why more people don't try it because I think it's underrated and overshadowed by the nitro and qr. To my ears it sounds better to me, I like the promod kids better than the other splawns. It also takes a clean boost very well.

The QR is definitely the flag ship Splawn amp and I can see why. A lot of Splawners get one for the 80's rock VH type tones which I think the QR does better than the other 2 amps. That's ok with me though, that's less people than havethe same tone as us! What clean boost you using? I have been pretty happy with the Xotic RC Booster so far but sometimes think about tring some different ones.

im using a maxon od808 with the gain off and the level dimed. it just adds some xtra sustain,harmonics and saturation, im also really used to the feel of a boost.
