what are yours, splawners, I just need to stay away from the food, up 20 in 2 years, so our daughter and I are going on a veggie diet and exercise more, get back to being fit. At 45 and I fell old, for you youngsters its coming. Then again having a busted up body doesn't help at all either.
Made 3 new year's resolutions that I stuck to; one was quit smoking, did it, help the needy, do that, give more attention to our children, doing that. I hope this is another one I can chalk up as, done that. Happy New Year; SSSS

More exercise for me. Like dcf, my body feels old. Oh, and finally, maybe decide what I want to do with the rest of my life.

Whatever happened to live fast, die young, and leave a good-looking corpse??! LOL. Whatever happened to: 1. Better to burn out than fade away. 2. Never trust anyone over 30. 3. Rock hard, ride free. 4. Hit the city 'bout 1AM. Dude, I'm 42, get tired about 11 o'clock, definitely not living easy rider style, and the last time I hit the city at 1AM, it was because I had a deadline and was just leaving the office. My last birthday I quit a 15y/2 pack a day habit  That paid for my Splawn!!!!!!! When I was a kid my mom used to tell me that EVERYBODY celebrates my b-day 12/31 ;D I hated the "merry birthday-happy Christmas" presents  This year it's loose 50lbs ( a year off of work takes its toll  ) |
