8 modes if you have Jammer's amp. Remember, I have gear 1-1/2. It's 2nd gear with something missing - it's my clean channel.

Eight modes if you have Jammer's baseless psychosis amp, yes.

LOL. Oh, it's for real. You can barely hear the diff, but you can feel it when you drive. Next time you're in Washington State, you can check it out.

No. I have the older version where the gear selector switch goes back and forth between 1st/2nd and 2nd/3rd. The footpedal is used to switch between either 1st and 2nd, or 2nd and 3rd.
With my amp, on 1st/2nd, when I am in 2nd gear it sounds and feels different than when I'm on 2nd/3rd and in 2nd gear. There should be no difference, and I talked about it with Scott Splawn. Both he and Ayton think I'm just neurotic, which is true. But nonetheless, there's a difference at least to me. It's almost more of a feel thing with one having more gain than the other, but one has a little more bottom than the other.
Can't 'splain it. It's there, or I'm nuts, or both.

Can't 'splain it. It's there, or I'm nuts, or both. After band rehearsal I can say it's definitely there. Had it set there accidentally and was wondering where the good stuff went.
