I just got my 2x12 today (its used) . there are 2 - 1/4" jacks in the back . One is the locking jack the other isn't . Is the non locking jack just a line out for a 2nd cab ?

I have the same thing, but I don't know. I always just thought that my bottom jack locked my speaker cable in tighter, so that is the one I use. I did not know that the top was non-locking. It just goes to show that you learn something new everyday. ;D

I thought it was for Twizzlers? My Avatar has two inputs wired in parallel. You can use either as your amp connection and either as your cab extension. I'd wager your Splawn is the same, except you get a fancy locking jack.

:)I have to say I really love my g-flex cabs. 1 16ohm, 1 4ohm, 2 8ohm stereo, and 1 for daisy chaining. This gives you the option of running 4 2-12 cabs off of 1 head. I don't understand why more of the manufacturers don't do this.

It doesn't really matter . I'm not gonna be running another cab with it anyway I was just curious .

I'm pretty sure it's just the same as the 4X12's. One is for a locking (NuTrick) type jack, and one is for the standard 1/4" speaker jack.
