Ya ,i don't hear much about this splawn.BUT i always have been interested in it.Does this ,SUPER STOCK,sound more like traditional Marshall sound?Not as much overdrive?I guess not a high gain amp.

Yeah, I've wondered about this amp as well. Personally, I thought it was one of the best sounding amps heard on the videos of the Splawn-con back a few years ago. Didn't have the same level of saturation of its bigger brothers (by design) but had a great growl and tone. Very cool. Kind of reminded me more of a traditional plexi crossed with a JCM 800. Something that would also do exceptional well with pedals in front.

Something that would also do exceptional well with pedals in front.Sonic nail on the head, man...that's kinda what the intent of the amp was...blues guys wanted something a bit less agressive and low gain that would take to a wider variety of pedals better...thus the super stock I never played through it (played through everything but actually) but and older guy at the first convention played through it...VERY AC/DCish vibe to it...
