After some catastrophe I finally got a new Splawn 4x12 that wasn't ransacked by Fed-ex. Big props to Scott once again for dealing with these monkeys, what an operation! This has all SB-25's as well as the 2x12. Too bad I can't hook up both at once because of the impedance issues but I would never need that anyway. My rig is complete!

Wow that looks awesome! Must be fun to carry as well Nah, I can't bring both to a gig. The impedances are mismatched and would make no sense anyway. 2x12 is for 75% of the gigs and the 4x12 is for the other bigger shows.

Thanks guys. I love the old large check grill clothe! Someday I would like to get a new headshell that matches the full plexi style.

I have always loved that look.

DD,
Very nice, You can rewired to 16 ohms just long as your speakers are 8 ohms but check to be sure. I had to wired one of my fender 2x12 cabs to 4 ohms using 8 ohm speakers. That is exactly how I want my set up to be But I use Orange(british) cabs. so I will need a 2x12 Orange cabs set at 16ohms. I love the early 70's look on the cabs.
You got a great looking rig, It would be shame not to change the 2x12 to 16 ohms.
