dang windsen , I bet you press your under ware don't you ? ;D Nice lesters btw . is that one a triburst ? haha, dude i actually laughed out loud at that. i will admit to my OCDish tendencies. the color is actually a faded tobacco burst. I'm just jealous . I couldn't make something look that neat if my life depended on it . I'm happy with my pedel board if the cable doesn't impede the use of my volume pedal . I got some of those velcro wraps for my cables and wrapped them and velcroed them to the board and thought I had really done something .I'll get a picture of it and post it on here so the image will haunt you .

What about the QR made you keep it over the nitro. I mean obviously its voicing but was it the upper mids or the brightness

What about the QR made you keep it over the nitro. I mean obviously its voicing but was it the upper mids or the brightness the nitro is an awesome amp and if i had a choice i would keep both the QR and nitro. but after owning a QR from the start, i've found it's more of the right amp "for me". it's response is a bit quicker than the nitro. some people may not like that and equate it to being stiff, but it's perfect for me. secondly, i am obsessed with mids. the QR's mids are where its at for me. the nitro is naturally more relaxed in the mids. thirdly, i've found myself needing less low end and overall "br00talz" factor. i used to play on 3rd gear all the time on the QR and for that type of sound, the nitro would bring things to the next level. but now, i actually play exclusively on gear 1 on the QR. however if i ever need to get some more oomph and balls i can always bump it up to 3rd gear. so basically the QR is a little more versatile for me. hope that answers your question.

Thanks. Answered my question well. I have the nitro and Im wanting some higher mids and more of a hot rodded marshall voicing so im considering the QR but I love the saturation of the nitro. The bottom end is nice too.
