I have the new 09 quick rod.
Just got from the forum, a pro stock.Blowed away again.This will be my portable small rig.For,walking in and kicking butt.It doesn't have a clean ,but i can set it up were i will use my guitar volume for mopping up the overdrive.{which i do anyway}.I am just still amazed buy these splawns.The quick rod has the clean,and volume control in the effects loop.Older pro stock so it doesn't have the loop volume.no clean channel.BUT,i like it for that.sound wise ,it's a butt kicking splawn.Clean channel?I don't need no stinking clean channel.Ilike how the gears are paired up,1-2 together,and 3-4 the same way.easre foot switching for me .Better than other amps costing alot more.That's it for know .I MUST PLAY MORE!!!!

Very interested in your take on 2x12 vs. 4x12.Both small block? Projection,frequency range etc.....Thanx

Thank you kind sir.I will let you know asap. I love the 4x12 cabs[the best],but turning 45 today ,and I play churches,prisons ,youth groups. ouch on back. So i am pulling for a 2x12 cab. tried Marshall.recto,g-flex. But splawn cabs seam a notch above all of them.Ilove the head ,on to the cabinet.

O ya ,hope street ministries in Wisconsin, check out the web site. 90 bed facility entry back into the world after prison.we go into prisons jam out ,and give a presentation on hope street.some are just for a concert.prison ministries they love to hear a live group.u can play prisons all the time ,they love to hear groups. weird but it's a good time.
