Was looking at this Nitro on ebay where the seller says that the amp is a unique piece which was built by Scott with the Quick Rod mid-voicing. I wrote asking if he had any supporting documentation or a work order which backs this up, he wrote me back a snooty response saying there is no paperwork, that everybody in the Splawn community knows about it and it obviously isn't the amp for me. I was just wondering if the Splawn community does indeed know what he is talking about? I wouldn't bid now just because of his less than helpful response but I am curious as to what you guys think. Yep, we've all heard of it, and he's a member here. Don't think anyone's seen documentation or anything, it just seems to sound different in the video.  I'm sure a quick phone call to the shop would confirm it for you. If they only built one, they'll remember. |

I would guess most know about it as that amp thas been through quite a few owners I believe and I think there's a youtube vid of it up as well. No reason to give you the third degree though imo... |

thats Simbasa's old amp..... Scott made only one and said it was a royal pain in the arse and he won't make one again ( I tried to get him to do it). If I remember correctly Scott did not think the mid-slope voicing was much of a difference. The youtube clips are what makes that amp known on the board.... plus it was a one off.
I'd love to have that amp but I just ordered a QR.........
