i had no intentions of sounding like a douche' or anything....i'm not packing 20,000k + arenas by any means. i'm just an aspiring artist who was inquiring about getting some exposure. i mainly want to help out scott. if i could get some business cards, banners, t-shirts, anything....b/c i get a lot of questions from fans and sound guys about my amp. it becomes tiring explaining night after night. i'd rather just hand out a business card and say "go to the website, and hear for yourself." i was hooked from first listen. that's really all it takes with these amps. if you ever purchase tubes or a T shirt or something from scott, you should get a boat load of cards in the box! You could hand those out... |

I thought being endorsed by Splawn meant that you get your face on the front page and get an 8 to 12 week wait on your next order. Im probably wrong about that but Scott and Co rock nonetheless.

A friend of mine plays and is the lead singer in a independent band here called Stratocrusier and he is endorsed by Waterstone guitars. Now I know Waterstone is not a well known name but having a company send you guitars is pretty cool. A good friend of mine (bass player  ) has an endorsment deal with Genz-Benz. He has been doing business with them for years, and at my urging asked them about a deal. because of his past history with them, and his touting them on message boards and such, the agreed to a 50% off deal on all gear. They also send him anything he wants to try out before buying for free. Obviously the big boy's (Fender, Marshall etc..) are going to want more of a signed artist, but there are plenty of smaller company's that are willing to do these things to get their name out there!! |
