How are the people with Tung Sol 12AX7 equipped amps finding the tone difference from JJ's ?
Would the new builds circuit be possibly compensated for somehow to accomodate them ?
It comes to mind having had both tubes at one time or another and there seemed to be a vast difference between the two.

I'm kind of curious about this myself. I have a 2 year old Pro Stock that came with Mullard/JJ's. I'm retubing this week and have decided to go back with the same tubes since I really love the tone I get out of it. However, I'm waiting for my Super Comp to be built and it's coming with Tung Sols so I'm curious to check them out.
