will a 2009 splawn superstock have the master volume for the effects loop in the back of the amp like the nitro?
and also what exactly does it do

It allows you to crank up the amp but lower the overall volume...however, the power tubes are not affected, so it is different than a Hotplate. It does change the dynamics of the amp......my friend Dave modded his Nitro long ago with this mod and it sounds awesome! If your amp doesn't have the mod, you can purchase a simple pedal for about $20 bucks to do the same thing. Me, Dave and Vom all have the pedals as well....we build em'!

so it lowers the volume after the preamp? wouldnt that cause the signal to be weaker when going through the power amp so the tubes wont be pushed as hard?
