How do you run the cab in stereo? Do I need to run two speaker cables out of the head into the 2 stereo jacks into cab? Thanks

No, you need two amps to run stereo.

You really wouldn't want to run stereo into one cab anyway. To do it properly you want two amps and two cabs. And in my experience, it's not worth it unless you are doing music like U2 that really lends itself to playing in stereo.
