No, the three tube QR's and PM's have different chassis than the 4 preamp tube ones. The mounting holes are not in the same spot. SOOO, if you have a newer amp, say later than june of 06, you can swap headshells with any newer model headshell. If you have an older one, you'd have to swap with someone who has another older one.

also, i've been told that the nitros with the black face plates have different mounting hole placement as well...
