Help identify a speaker

Hi guys, I have come across a Splawn cab with Small Blocks in them. Myself and the guy who owns it is wondering what the speakers are. They say Small Block then 25 watts. Great, cept I don't see any mention of small blocks beings 25 watts. So what are these darned things?

I think SB25s were just labelled as such because of the 25 watt Greenbacks they're, um, inspired by. They're really 55 watts, if memory serves.
