50 watt PM

Hey Gents,
I got G.A.S. about the 50 watt PM that's up for sale. Anyone know what they're like? Would this compliment my QR nicely? Would the 100 watter be better? I LOVE SPLAWN AMPS!

There's a chance it might be brighter than a typical PM if my Comp/QR conversion table applies.

I agree. I have a PM and I recently acquired a Competition with KT66s... it is a slightly brighter, slightly more gainey, and slightly quieter PM. I asked Josh at Splawn if EL34s would darken the tone, and he thought not.
